Playson, an entertainment supplier, has obtained a B2B licence from the Gibraltar Licensing Authority.
Obtaining the permit comes after Bragg Gaming received a B2B gambling licence in Gibraltar many months ago, allowing the gaming supplier to deal with betting companies in the country, including bet365 and William Hill.
After six months of preparation, including the review and filing of a detailed business plan, Playson successfully passed the licensing procedure.
The license approval comes after a year of growth for Playson, and it anticipates a content release schedule for the future year, promising a more regular introduction of new games every month.
Felicia Andronic, General Counsel at Playson, stated, "The Gibraltar licence is a major milestone for us, and we are thrilled to have been authorised by the Gambling Division following a lengthy and comprehensive procedure. This essential licensing will drive considerable commercial development for us, allowing us to distribute our compelling content to even more UK and worldwide operators.
Andronic went further: "In 2024, Playson will step up a gear, delivering a jam-packed schedule of game releases and supporting promotions, so we are thrilled that more players than ever before can enjoy what we have to offer."
Previously, Playson worked with Reevo to integrate 85 omnichannel casino games into Reevo's aggregator, increasing the game catalogue available to operators in European countries.
