
The Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced an expansion of its cooperation with long-time collaborator Casumo. The existing agreement, which was originally focused on GiG's iGaming platform service, has been extended to include a broader range of solutions from GiG's suite.
The expanded collaboration now includes GiG's frontend and marketing managed services, which include comprehensive customer relationship management, search engine optimisation, affiliate management, and casino lobby functionality.
GiG's package also contains AI-powered features that enable intelligent decision-making, providing insights that are intended to inform strategic decisions and improve retention skills. Casumo will use the expanded relationship to leverage these new capabilities in an effort to promote growth and strengthen its position in the online gambling sector.
Furthermore, Casumo's Dunder brand will continue to benefit from GiG's account and commercial support, leveraging GiG's experience to focus on scaling up growth and operations in core regions.
